THE TRIPOD
The three pillars of our fraternity, Scholarship, Fellowship, and Leadership, are the foundation of our community. We strive to live by these ideals both in the fraternity and at home.
Scholarship
Scholarship is learning to learn. It is coming to the realization that you don't know everything there is to know and embracing that, while striving to make up the difference every day.
Phi Sigma Pi helps foster an atmosphere in which learning is encouraged. We even have semester prize for the brother with the most studying hours to help encourage learning.
Leadership
Leadership is taking the initiative to do what needs to be done, but also taking responsibility for your actions and the actions of those you're responsible for.
Phi Sigma Pi has a vast array of leadership positions available, and every Brother is encouraged to join a committee and help plan events.
Fellowship
Fellowship is is more than being kind, it means being a friend that is willing to give and put Brothers before yourself without expectation of some type of return.
Phi Sigma Pi is a community, and helps foster togetherness, teamwork, and botherhood. Being a Brother of Phi Sigma Pi means more than just joining a club; it's a family—one that will be with you forever.
